Paul Kwong (Chinese: 鄺保羅) is the second Archbishop and Primate of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui and Bishop of the Diocese of Hong Kong Island. He was elected and consecrated the bishop of the Diocese of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, on December 30, 2005, and March 25, 2006, respectively. Following his consecration, Kwong took up the post of coadjutor bishop until the retirement of his predecessor, the Most Reverend Peter Kwong. On January 15, 2007, Kwong was installed as the bishop of Hong Kong Island. He was elected the archbishop of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui on February 3, 2007.[1]
